Our Realtors will make comfortable 6-figure salaries in their first year as part of our team if they put in the time and learn from our program. Most of our agents will sell more houses in one month than most agents will in a year (per NAR statistics).

We Invest in each of our Realtors when they join our team, to the tune of $30,000 per year to generate business for them.

Instead of prospecting, you'll be talking to more interested buyers. More potential buyers mean you will be writing more offers. More offers for qualified buyers means you will be closing more sales, leading to greater earning potential.

You will have full access to our buyer and seller support materials and the entire digital suite free of charge. Our systems will allow you to do more business due to streamlined systems, which will allow you to focus more time and energy on making more money.

Support - Keeping you organized and efficient by providing CRM tools.

You will work with your own support team who will assist you with the operations side of the transaction and keep your escrows running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
--- Consults with clients in order to establish their property needs: then locate properties that meet those needs.
--- Participate in open houses and networking activities to enhance your sales.
--- Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by consistently networking within the community and learning from other real estate professionals.
--- Manage an ever-growing pipeline off business through consistent communication.

Qualifications:
--- Interested applicants must be active, full-time Realtors with 1-year minimum sales experience and 6 completed transactions in the last 12 months.
--- Applicants must be self-managed and self-disciplined.
