life. As a Swim Cow contractor, your work will provide a meaningful
learning experience for kids in your own area community. Join us
now! Is this you? + Experienced Lifeguard or Swim Instructor + Proven ability to effectively teach safe, private swim
lessons + Flexible schedule and availability Requirements + 2 years of experience teaching swim lessons + Unexpired CPR or Lifeguard certification (before your first
lesson with your Swim Cow customer) + Meet or exceed age requirement of 18 years of age + Dedication and dependability (little swimmers are eager for
you to arrive on time, every time!) The qualities we look for in Contract Swim Instructors + Positivity - a natural way of making lessons fun! + Clear and effective communication skills for working with both
kids and adults + Confidence - to deliver a remarkable experience for your
customers + As an independent contractor, it's important you be a
"self-starter + Commitment and dependability + Adaptability + Optimism + Passion for instruction with continuous focus on learning and
