Customer Outreach and Communication Specialist (RESUME PREFERRED)ArborMetrics Solutions, LLC(AMS) is seeking a motivated and highly skilled individual to provide communication and outreach support, data management, planning, scheduling and reporting duties associated to overhead and underground powerline construction projects.Duties include but are not limited to:+ Managing multiple projects at a time for the utility customer. + Making contact with property owners. + Discussing the utility project and proposed equipment placement with the customer. + Gaining the customers agreement to proceed with the project as planned. + Acquiring the necessary signatures on different forms. + Continue the on-going communication with the customer, throughout the entirety of the project. + Handle customer complaints throughout the project. + The position is divided appx.
