You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our Business Analysis - Practice Support team oversees Information Technology project lifecycles to help align our Information Technology solutions with our business needs by identifying and addressing gaps. As a part of the team, you'll help optimise opportunity cost, document the right requirements to create solutions that meet user needs, improve efficiency by reducing rework, and shortening project timelines.

3 year(s) of serving as a technical analyst for out of the box and standard methodologies on various ecosystems of Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred Fields of Study:

Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, Management Information Systems

Certification(s) Preferred:

Salesforce Certified App Builder and any additional Advanced, Administrator, Designer, Developer, Architect & Consultant Certifications are a plus.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in understanding business problems and developing Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address the needs of large organizations, including the following areas:

  • Understanding of all phases of applications systems analysis and the SDLC development methodology (Agile/Scrum);
  • Working and communicating with Business Analysts and Architects on requirements, implementation approaches and solutions;
  • Assessing the impact of new requirements on end users across Sales, Service, Marketing, IT, and Operations, including core technologies and processes, and all upstream and downstream connected applications and integrations;
  • Demonstrating the ability to extract relevant and meaningful information from multiple sources and apply it to solution designs that are scalable and supported by a well defined implementation approach;
  • Adapting to rapid changes and understanding the severity and impact of these changes in order to support and use future technology;
  • Demonstrating agility in modifying proposed solutions or approaches as needed to address evolving requirements;
  • Utilizing analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills; and,
  • Displaying attention to detail in executing and reviewing the work of others to establish quality standards that are achieved.

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in performing function and technical capabilities, and learning new capabilities, including the following areas:

  • Understanding and application of best practices, functionality, setup & configuration and general architecture;
  • Demonstrating proven ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner;
  • Utilizing Salesforce Technological Product Suites (Data Loader, Workbench, IDE tools like Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, etc.);
  • Creating and demoing working proofs of concept for business requirements using out of the box features of Salesforce;
  • Understanding third party integration and functionality and impact of these integrations, and ability to document an end-to-end process in the whole[;
  • Understanding non-functional requirements related to access control, security, performance, or integrations, to conduct requirements elicitation, validation and analysis meetings with appropriate stakeholders; perform Fit/Gap analysis; support testing activities; and produce deliverables related to the project or projects assigned; and,
  • Consulting and advising Developers when they have challenges in building a technical solution.
