We are seeking full-time Property Manager Interns for our
Palm Beach, Broward, Miami Dade, South West Florida and
North Florida regions, to join our team for an eight-week
program starting at the beginning of June. This program will
introduce the intern into the property management industry and
provide a real-time experience in operations. Our goal is to train
a pool of potential teammates who could join Castle Group after the
program ends. The Property Manager Intern supports the licensed
Community Association Manager on site with any delegated
administrative, financial, or operational tasks.
The Property Management Intern provides exemplary service in a
manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle
Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while
demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of
Castle Royal Service.
$12.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (May include some or all the following

The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level

Must be enrolled at an accredited college/university and in good
Must have a projected graduation date of Fall/Winter
Must possess an unrestricted work authorization.
Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week for the duration of
Tobacco free workplace (Non-smoker)
