Job Description Dickinson & Gibbons, P.A., a Sarasota, Florida
law firm (www.dglawyers.com), is currently seeking a full-time
Legal Administrative Assistant or Paralegal for its Marital and
Family Law practice. This position supports a partner and associate
attorney specializing in family law, including dissolution of
marriage, custody, paternity, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
and modification and enforcement actions. The ideal candidate will
be personable, well-spoken, have a professional demeanor and have
at least three years of experience as an administrative assistant
or paralegal in a Family Law practice. Must have excellent word
processing, organizational and communication skills. Proficiency
required with Word, Outlook, Adobe Standard/Pro and Internet
navigation/research. Experience with TABS time and billing software
is a plus. Responsibilities include legal correspondence, client
screening/intake, scheduling, trial support, document review and
providing general clerical support. This is a Monday-Friday, 8:30
AM to 5:00 PM, hourly, non-exempt position (37.5-40 hours per
week). Some flexibility in hours may be considered. Expected
starting date April 2021. Candidates must live within commuting
distance of Sarasota, Florida or have firm plans to be in the area
by April 2021. COVID Notice: During the current pandemic, Dickinson
& Gibbons has implemented multiple measures in the office to help

virtual meeting.
