Perform[cb] Agency, is looking for an energetic and motivated Account Executive. This role is open to remote applicants.
The Agency Account Executive is an integral part of the agency team. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our marketers affiliate programs. Through cultivating & maintaining a strong relationship with the client, the Agency Account Executive will be tasked with executing a program strategy aligned with the clients KPIs.As a role in our growing agency, the right candidate must have the ability to multitask, innovate and problem solve quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:

  • Account Management - Serve as the marketers main point-of-contact, leading weekly performance & strategy meetings
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clients affiliate program through various tracking platforms (Impact Radius, LinkShare, Commission Junction, ShareASale, etc.)
  • Lead weekly performance and strategy meetings
  • This role will service both the client and the affiliate partner side of the business
  • Conduct business reviews as needed
  • Strategy Execution - Implement a program strategy capable of achieving the advertisers main KPIs, including volume and ROI targets
  • Data-driven Decisioning for identifying performance trends and communicating to the client the main reasons and findings behind those changes
  • Project Management over the client team to prioritize, execute and ensure we remain internally aligned and focused growing each clients affiliate program
  • The role will have the support of a Program Coordinator and access to a Partner Recruitment Executive
    • Bachelors Degree preferred
    • Affiliate Marketing experience required, Digital advertising experience is a plus
    • Well versed in the Microsoft Product Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote)
    • In-depth understanding and utilization of Excel, including PivotTables and custom formulas
    • Strong communication & written skills
    • Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to utilize analytical skills in order to evaluate a current project, make suggestions to improve, and implement changes quickly
    • Ability to multi-task & juggle multiple projects at one time
    • Understanding of major affiliate tracking platforms (Impact Radius, LinkShare, Commission Junction, ShareASale, etc.) a plus
