Customer Success Coordinators are the face of our company as they are usually the first interaction a customer has after the sale. Their primary objective is to qualify upsell and renewal opportunities, or direct the customer to the correct resource to help them on non-sales related items. Identifying opportunities includes understanding the customers' needs and confirming our products are both a technical and pricing fit. Some of the common lead sources include incoming phone calls, chat, website form submissions and product webinars. This position requires no travel.

Job Duties:

  • Effectively interacting with customers using various communication methods like phone, video, email, chat, and social media.
  • Providing sales assistance on all our products and services.
  • Following a documented and automated contact strategy process to engage and qualify upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Staying informed on our industry and competition to ensure you are a knowledgeable and trusted advisor.
  • Consistently and thoroughly documenting all interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

    Required Qualifications:
    • Ability and desire to qualify and develop sales leads.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • A technical aptitude to learn our products and internal systems.
    • Successful track record in commission sales is a plus.
    • Experience selling communication solutions is a plus.
    • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
