To coach, train, and develop the Internet/BDC Team and sales staff with respect to the Internet lead handling, phone skills, CRM maintenance and processes. To consult with leadership teams at each dealership and keep CRM process, templates, and other administrative tasks up to date. To maximize the utilization of the CRM, Video and Appraisal Tools and their respective mobile applications.To monitor metrics associated with successful use of these tools and comparatively track the utilization across storesTo report to the Corporate Director of Solutions & Training on the assessment of the store's utilization of the Solutions, Phone Skills, and Internet Lead handling. Please note:BDC or Internet Sales are required in Automotive fieldAutomotive CRM experience requiredThis is an entry level position and salary will be based on experience starting at 45kCORPORATE TRAINING & SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTIONMain Function:The Corporate Training & Solutions Specialist will report directly to Director of Solutions & Training.Duties and Responsibilities:Develop and train our BDC/Internet & Sales Associates.Train and develop on phone skills (inbound and outbound). Train and develop on lead handling on Internet performance process reviews via the CRM Listen to calls and perform a Monthly Phone Process Review for each associate at each dealership. Perform Monthly Internet Performance Process Reviews for each associate at each dealership.Complete training and stay abreast of new changes in the CRM to establish themselves as 'experts' in the solution.Train Sales Management, BDC/Internet & Sales Staff on the use of the CRM with your monthly visits. A Recap is sent of your training visit to dealership managers, corporate team members, CEO and Owner within 12 to 24 hours of your visit. Train Sales Management to hold 'Save a Lead' meetings with their sales teams to maximize the closing of leads received.A weekly schedule is sent out of your training schedule with agenda to each dealership leadership team and copy corporate team members. Monitor call and email volume per BDC/Sales staff are meeting expectations using the guidelines of # calls per day and # emails per day.Monitor internet and phone leads, responses to inquiries are in a timely manner and questions answered. Work with the Internet Manager/CRM Managers to make sure they are managing these activities and completing the Internet Performance reviews to ensure quality.Review monthly internet mystery shops with dealership and teams.Review Incoming Call Volume to insure BDC and Internet associate are properly logging all Phone OpportunitiesMeasuring the number of appointments, confirmed appointments, shows and sold units. Our goal is a 25% appointment ratio on all good internet leads with a 60% appointment to sold ratio for an overall closing ratio of 10% as our goal. Review the findings with Sales ManagementCreate tracking reports for the Sales team to be reported Daily, Weekly and Monthly to Corporate and the store Management (Sales log, Lead source, ROI by provider, Email capture, Average response time, Activity Breakdown, Overdue tasks).Train Sales Management on Reports to ensure the Game Day reporting accurately reflects activities performed and entered in the CRM.Understand and train on the use of the vAuto/ Provision mobile app to assist the sales staff in starting the appraisal process.Maintain the users and Train on the process to create customer facing videos using the video software.Assist with maintenance of users in the CRM- including assisting in the re-assignment of leads when a salesperson departs, lead distribution updates, lead process updates.The Training Manager will have oversight on Sales Process changes prior to them being executed to maintain the Gettel Standard.Assist in the maintenance and additions of CRM templates.Review main CRM Dashboard daily for overdue tasks and to clear old employees from the systemMaintain training video content on GettelU. DAILYReview StataPile AI calls to help the teams improve and provide feedback. Review inbound & outbound call recordings in 8x8 for training and developing team. Review Internet Mystery Shop and Perform weekly spot check for each dealership assigned. Updating GettelU material and videos WEEKLYReview the following reportsGame DayInternet performance by salesperson MTDLead source report MTDLead count MTDLeads/ Appointments/ Show/ Sold report for department and by salesperson MTD (VIN)Activity BreakdownMonitor leads per BDC and Salesperson to ensure all opportunities are properly followed up, using the benchmarks of 60-80 leads for a 'Cradle to Grave' Salesperson and 150 for a BDC agentVerify compliance with Gettel Sales processUpdating GettelU material and videos MonthlyMonthly Training On-Site Visits for each dealership is conducted with recap of the details covered. An Agenda is provided with the details of what you will be covering during the visit. Review the following Reports: Game DayInternet performance by salesperson MTDLead source report MTDLead count MTDLeads/ Appointments/ Show/ Sold report for department and by salesperson MTD (VIN)Activity BreakdownReview leads per BDC and Salesperson to ensure all opportunities are properly followed up; using the benchmarks of 60-80 leads for a 'Cradle to Grave' Salesperson and 150 for a BDC agentPerform monthly spot checks based on the Internet Sales Manager checklist. Send finding to Dealership sales management team, CEO, owner & Training Team. Facilitate training on-site for Internet Lead, CRM, inbound and outbound phones. Understand our Vehicle Exchange Program (VEP) & work with vendor & team to re-enforce training & development. Work with Sales Management & Sales Associates on re-enforcing the Gettel Sales Process on the sales floor. Schedule Regional Training with JM Training partner. AWork with dealership hosting the meeting to provide breakfast drinks, snacks and lunch for attendees. Work with Solutions partners and schedule monthly meeting if needed for utilization of the tool and performances of the dealership. Updating GettelU material and videos
