We are looking for be BEST of the BEST! Individuals that are cut above the rest to join our team!

DogPerfect currently has 3 unique retail locations that offer pet parents one location to get healthy nutritional food, nutritional guidance, and grooming services in one place. Our goal is to be the market differentiator by providing world class retail and grooming services.

We are searching nationwide to find individuals seeking to move to Florida, specifically to Sarasota on the west coast of FL. We can offer relocation assistance for those that are experienced in managing a grooming salon or have had multiple years of experience in a high-volume dog grooming salon. Our grooming team is expected to provide courteous, fast, and dependable service.

We are seeking a long-term business relationship that benefits our Dog Groomers financially, Dog Perfect's on-going success and gaining a large pet owner following.

What we offer:

• All grooming tools are provided at no cost to the groomer
  
• We provide bathers to support groomer activities
  
• Each groomer will earn 50% - 55% of their total grooming sales, and tips.

  • High traffic stores with ample opportunities for lead positions at 3 locations in Sarasota
    
  • Store hours 10 am - 7 pm Monday - Saturday & Sunday 11am - 6 pm (Weekend day required)
