Sous Chef reports directly to the Executive Chef assisting in daily
operations of all culinary aspects, in unity with FOH management to
maintain the highest levels of quality, safety, staff performance
and guest experience! Our Sous Chefs are an integral part of
ensuring all team members feel rewarded and proud of kitchen
creations, and all guests are receiving a 5-star experience! You'll
be fully involved in the research and design of Daily Specials,
creating prep sheets and processes for each station and ensuring
all prep and plating adheres to recipe sheets and F&T
standards.Full-time position, Hourly pay $18-$22/hr based on
experience. PLUS AGGRESSIVE BONUS PLAN. -
