Overview
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and starting wage of $19.43 -$27.00 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

The Fitness Coordinator assesses, plans, implements and coordinates goal orientated programs for all senior residents at this campus location.
Fitness Activities schedule includes;

  80 hours per two week pay period

  Mainly Day shifts with some early evenings as needed, rotating weekends

    Plan, implement, coordinate, evaluate, and conduct programs pertinent to the interests and needs of individual residents

    Serves as a resource person for independent leisure pursuits.

    Maintains compliance with state and federal regulations regarding medical record documentation and participation
    
    
    Qualifications
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Bachelor's Degree
      
      
    • 
      One to three years previous experience in a senior fitness-related role preferred
      
      
    • 
      Experience instructingwater aerobics, yoga, pilates and related exercises preferred
      
      
    • 
      CTRS, MT-BC Certification preferred

      Vaccination Update

      Ebenezer new hires who are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and are currently not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are required to receive their first dose prior to their start date and their second dose (if receiving Moderna or Pfizer vaccines) within 4 weeks of their start date.
