Florida. We are currently seeking an energetic Ultrasound
Technologist on a full-time basis. If you share our passion and
vision, we invite you to apply now! Your tasks and responsibilities
as an Ultrasound Technologist (or Sonographer) include but are not
limited to:
- Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe,
competent manner
- Accurately perform sonogram examinations in a timely
manner
- Be responsible for recording and processing ultrasound
images
- Maintain statistical results for quality improvement
- Maintain proactive and effective communication with
radiologists regarding any unusual clinical findings, history,
and/or test results Qualifications
- A two-year Allied Health degree or successful completion of a
12-month CAAHEP approved program
- ARDMS certification
- RVT - Registered Vascular Tech, or ARDMS Abdomen Specialty
(AB), or ARDMS OB/GYN Specialty within 1 year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1-3 years previous experience as an Ultrasound
Technologist
- Other skills needed: organizational, verbal, interpersonal,
customer relations, mathematical, analytical, grammar/spelling,
reading, comprehension of written instructions, follow verbal
instructions, basic computer, clerical

bed hospital. We are located in Bradenton, FL. We have a thirteen
acre campus by the Gulf Coast beaches. We are the only
state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota and
DeSoto Counties. We have received verification by the American
