Maintain a wide range of marketing information and coordinate processes that are integral to the ongoing support of Boar's Head product portfolio and the Product team's development and commercialization of new items.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the annual Product Initiative calendar of new product/package launches based on direction from Marketing Leaders.Provide support to pull together plans, presentations, overview for new product projects and approved new products.Develop, maintain, update, and take detailed notes on product launch timelines and next steps from project stage of inception to market launch.Administrative activities include: Coordinating and running logistics for meetings, printing materials, copying documents, setting competitive and non-competitive product samplings, note taking,Project Management: Entering products into a workflow system, tracking status of individual marketing and label items and following up with project owners on status and next steps.Work with Creative Services in managing the Boar's Head Brand product photo asset library (cutting board shots, photography, circular ad art) on the DOCK for easy access by Sales and DistributorsMaintain, develop and execute deli/retail tabs in the Hab for all service case and retail productsDevelop and maintain product copy database and manage upload to ETQ; update as new items are launched or product modifications are made; act as gatekeeper for database with anyone who might need information.Communicate project status to stakeholders on a periodic basis.Lead post launch evaluation of product initiatives and projects. Collect key information to track and review launches to learn what works, what does not and any other key learningsCompile information on trends, competition, sales, marketing, external suppliersOther responsibilities as assigned. Education and ExperienceBachelor s degree in arts, sciences, business or related field OR 2 years experience in any field managing projects, budgets, scheduling or related field.1 - 3 years minimum experience in Marketing, Project Management or closely related fieldExcellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint requiredOutstanding organizational skillsProject management and timeline management experience
