Sr. Test Analyst with Duck creek exp.Location: Sarasota, FloridaQualifications:

• Graduate (Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field)
• Working experience on Duck creek Policy/Billing/Claim product and well acquainted with all DC products and its integrations
• Good experience in the complete life cycle of a Duck creek implementation like requirements analysis, development of test plans/test strategy/test cases/test scenarios, managing RTM, performing test execution, defect management, QA exit document/ signoff, build verification, retrospections, gap analysis, root cause analysis and project management
• Ability to manage and drive the end to end Duck creek Implementation program & its upgrades as part of the agile process.
• Proficient in STLC with focused exposure to Business Requirement Analysis, Test Strategizing, Test Planning, Test Design, Execution, Test Automation and Defect Tracking for Functional/Regression Testing, Project Management, Project Schedule, Project Tracking and Team Management skills
• Working experience in Selenium/Java and the ability to provide automation solutions for the Program which includes setting up automation framework, configuring CI/CD pipeline, Integrating multiple tools into the automation platform and assuring best in class Test Script configuration Management.
• Ability to Develop new Automation framework or customize existing frameworks to fit the need of the program.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage delivery of all DC testing efforts and ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables
  • Act as Cognizant liaison for Clients Test Managers and Program team on the absence of onsite leads/Managers and lead discovery
  • Review and Baseline Test Strategy, Plan and estimation
  • Participate in Requirements Review sessions during sprint development cycles
  • Provide specific testing process, tools and environment related suggestions to program
  • Serve as first point of escalation for issue resolution
  • Manage efficient resource utilization across Onsite and Offshore
  • Track and manage testing progress, Schedule and communicate testing status to Program
  • Identify and Communicate project issues/ concerns on a regular basis
  • Identify program level risks and highlight the same to relevant stakeholders on time
  • Coordinate with multiple teams like Automation, Performance, for testing needs
  • Preparation of Test retrospection report during the end of testing phase along with lessons learnt , what went well and improvement areas
  • Ensure adherence to Agile processes including Test Management update, Test management tracking and guide Test Lead
  • Coordination with Business during UAT and obtain the Quality gates
  • Ability to identify Automation candidates and Right tool fitment for the program.
  • Review Test Scripts prepared by the team and ensure optimized Lines of Codes
  • Ability to articulate the ROI for the efforts spent on automation and the benefits gained.Must Have Skills:
