Let's make waves together in the ever-evolving world of vacation rentals right here in Siesta Key.POSITION SUMMARY:We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician/General Laborer who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty, can manage their time well, and enjoys ensuring short-term rentals are always pristine and ready to welcome the next guests.Your day-to-day?This position will require you to clean pools 1-2 times per week and perform routine and preventative maintenance, such as pest control, trash removal, power washing, barbeque cleaning, and A/C filter replacement.Candidates who enjoy hands-on work and the flexibility to handle diverse tasks will love this role. • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Assist the Maintenance Manager
• Keep accurate records of completed maintenance tasks, including work orders, repairs, and replacements, and report any issues to the Maintenance Manager.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role performing maintenance duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify maintenance needs proactively.
  • Basic computer skills for recording and tracking maintenance activities.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:Hourly Wage: $15 - $17 per hour based on experience and achievementBenefits:
