Job Description Job Description Market Bakery Associate:
Supports bakery operations, ensuring tasks and service standards.
Ideal candidates must have excellent customer service skills,
experience in food and beverage services, barista, retail, and a
desire to provide great experience for our guests. Assist all
customers with purchases and other requests. Understand and adhere
to guidelines on restricted sale items. Implement and follow all
cash handling procedures. Process and collect payments with cash
handling, and credit card processing. Stay current on all shows,
promotions, and future events withing the Center and local area.
Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise. Work in a
fast-paced environment for extended periods of time. Knows how to
run espresso-based drinks, refreshers & other specialty coffees.
Knows how to take care of each guest individually, providing great
experience. Stock/restock Pastry/Dessert/Grab ’N’Go case to ensure
smooth service. Know how to work with MICROS and is familiar with a
Point of Sales system. Maintain an awareness of inventory/stock.
Maintain store cleanliness and appearance. Provide excellent
customer service.
