An understanding of accelerated learning techniques, interpersonal sensitivity and storytelling is a must in a candidate for this roleAs a Sales Coach/Trainer, you will be tasked with delivering existing training programs and developing new content to deliver measurable results.Responsibilities:* Deliver content in a variety of settings* Design new content and evolve current content* Management of our online training platform* Provide 1-1 sales coaching* 6 monthly skills audits* Keeping development packs up to date* Mentor and coach new hires and sales managers on Ink's sales strategy and processes* Monitor sales teams to ensure sales process and tactics are being utilized* Analyse sales metrics and data to determine trends, then create and execute on strategic plans.* Continues following-up on new-hire success beyond the new-hire training experience.Requirements: - 2+ years of prior experience coaching sales teams - Strong experience in sales - Solid understanding of learning techniques - Prior experience facilitating trainings and delivering presentations to cross-functional teams. - Extraordinary presentation, written and verbal communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills. - Self-starter who is able to operate independently and wants to inspire others - Flexible and positive "can do" attitude - Experience dealing with different personalities to overcome obstacles and successfully obtain goals - High level of honesty and integrity - Strong work ethic - Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal - Results oriented with the ability to cultivate a strong team dynamic - Proficient knowledge of MS Office productions: Outlook, Word, PPT, ExcelWhat is in it for you, and why you should choose Ink?* Home and work life balance* It does not matter how good you are, it matters how good you can be and we won't stop until we get you there.* We will also give you personal performance and life coaching, we help you to design the life you want to live.* You will love what you do.
