• Payrate: $17/hr.
• Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Temp -to -Hire. Job Overview:
  The document service representative will work in the corporate mail center to handle all incoming documents and media efficiently using our state-of-the-art imaging system. This is an excellent entry-level position for someone seeking a career in the insurance industry. The selected candidate will also search computer inquiry screens to obtain claims or policyholder-related information, determine the disposition of documents, and complete processing.
  
  Requirements:
  • Highschool diploma.
  • one year of relevant office experience.
  • Basic knowledge of insurance document workflows and administrative functions.
  • Ability to review and process documents quickly to identify key information.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze, define and solve problems, the use of good judgment and decision-making.
