Boater’s World Marine Centers is seeking a driven Consignment Sales
Consultant who excels at outreach, follow-up, and relationship
building. This is not a passive, wait-for-walk-ins role. Success
comes from energy, persistence, and the ability to keep multiple

flow What You’ll Be Doing High-Volume Client Outreach & Sales •
Serve as the primary point of contact for boat owners interested in
consigning their boats, trailers, and marine equipment •
Proactively reach out to sellers and buyers via phone, email, and
in-person communication • Clearly explain the consignment process,
pricing strategy, timelines, and expectations • Build urgency,
maintain momentum, and keep deals moving toward close Sales
Promotion & Deal Management • Actively promote consigned inventory
through showroom presentation, online listings, and direct customer
outreach • Work closely with the sales team to drive interest and
secure offers • Assist in negotiations and help guide buyers and
sellers through the sales process • Convert inbound inquiries into
signed consignment agreements and completed sales Inventory &
Organization • Evaluate incoming consignment units and ensure
accurate pricing, condition notes, and descriptions • Maintain
organized, up-to-date consignment inventory within dealership
systems • Track deal status, follow-ups, and documentation with
attention to detail Customer Experience & Administration • Deliver
a professional, responsive experience to both buyers and sellers •
Address questions and resolve issues quickly and confidently •
Ensure all documentation, contracts, and sales records are
completed accurately and in compliance with dealership standards
Team Collaboration • Coordinate with sales, service, and management
teams to support overall dealership sales goals • Contribute to a
high-energy, team-driven sales environment Requirements: Experience
& Background • Background in high-volume sales, inside sales,
outside sales, lead generation, hospitality, or commission-based
roles • Experience with proactive outreach, follow-ups, and
pipeline management • Consignment, marine, automotive, RV, or
equipment sales experience is a plus—but not required Skills &
Traits • Energetic, driven, and comfortable making frequent
outbound calls • Strong communication and persuasion skills •
Confident negotiator who can move deals forward • Organized and
detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable using CRM
systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office • Self-motivated
with a strong sense of urgency and ownership Education • High
school diploma or equivalent required • Associate or bachelor’s
degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus About Us
