Job Description Our Client is a medical and scientific-based therapy and fitness organization with a broad range of expertise. Founded in collaboration with a medical doctor, physiologists, licensed therapists and service business experts, we provide prescribed physical therapy and medically-based physical fitness. Yet much more than a typical physical therapy clinic.Their goal is to help their clients discover how to achieve the pinnacle of healthy living, expand your boundaries, feel younger and revitalize your health.They are now hiring a seasoned Marketing Director responsible for the overall management of the marketing department. The following requirements (job specifications) were determined by job analysis and derived from the job description as crucial for success in the marketing manager role.The successful candidate for the marketing manager position will possess these qualifications.Experience: Sales Executive :

  • 3- 5 years sales experience B2B and B2C preferably in medical,l health care or high tech companies (Gartner would be ideal!)
  • Experience coldcalling, closing, selling inside and outside Education: Marketing Manager:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Healthcare related would be ideal, IT also OK Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics: 2- 5 years ssales exp. These are the most important qualifications of the individual selected as the Sales Exec..
      • Strong effective communicator.
      • Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
      • Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
      • Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution. Commitment to continuous learning.
      • Expert in the internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media outlets that are significant in company outreach.
      • Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.
        • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.
        • Ability to close deals fast and yet deal with constant change.
        • Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment in a small to medium-sized company.
        • Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade modern selling, market research, Microsoft software suite of products, visual communication software products.
          • Experienced in advising team and management bout potential markets, desirable product features, go-to-market best practices, and measuring the success of outreach and product sales.
          • Experience managing external PR and communication consulting firms and contractors.
            • Experience in the Florida healthcare marketplace is a plus.
            • Researching and evaluating new sales opportunities, demand for potential services, and customer needs and insights.
            • Overall sales strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.
              • Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns.The Sales Executive is expected to contribute a great deal to the effectiveness of the company and its bottom line for years to come, excellent possibilities for career advancement and increased $$$ here!.
